70- Sourate Al-Ma'arij

فَلآٰ اُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشاٰرِقِ وَالْمَغاٰرِبِ اِنّاٰ لَقاٰدِرُونَ٤٠عَلٰٓی اَنْ نُبَدِّلَ خَیْرًا مِنْهُمْ وَماٰ نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقٖینَ٤١فَذَرْهُمْ یَخُوضُوا وَیَلْعَبُوا حَتّٰی یُلاٰقُوا یَوْمَهُمُ الَّذٖی یُوعَدُونَ٤٢یَوْمَ یَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ الْاَجْداٰثِ سِراٰعًا كَاَنَّهُمْ اِلٰی نُصُبٍ یُوفِضُونَ٤٣خاٰشِعَةً اَبْصاٰرُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌۚ ذٰلِكَ الْیَوْمُ الَّذٖی كاٰنُوا یُوعَدُونَ٤٤سُورَةُ نُوحٍالمكية28بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحٖیمِاِنّآٰ اَرْسَلْناٰ نُوحًا اِلٰی قَوْمِهٖٓ اَنْ اَنْذِرْ قَوْمَكَ مِنْ قَبْلِ اَنْ یَأْتِیَهُمْ عَذاٰبٌ اَلٖیمٌ١قاٰلَ یاٰ قَوْمِ اِنّٖی لَكُمْ نَذٖیرٌ مُبٖینٌ٢اَنِ اعْبُدُوا اللّٰهَ وَاتَّقُوهُ وَاَطٖیعُونِ٣یَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ مِنْ ذُنُوبِكُمْ وَیُؤَخِّرْكُمْ اِلٰٓی اَجَلٍ مُسَمًّیۚ اِنَّ اَجَلَ اللّٰهِ اِذاٰ جآٰءَ لاٰ یُؤَخَّرُۚ لَوْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ٤قاٰلَ رَبِّ اِنّٖی دَعَوْتُ قَوْمٖی لَیْلًا وَنَهاٰرًا٥فَلَمْ یَزِدْهُمْ دُعآٰئٖیٓ اِلّاٰ فِراٰرًا٦وَاِنّٖی كُلَّماٰ دَعَوْتُهُمْ لِتَغْفِرَ لَهُمْ جَعَلُوٓا اَصاٰبِعَهُمْ فٖیٓ ءاٰذاٰنِهِمْ وَاسْتَغْشَوْا ثِیاٰبَهُمْ وَاَصَرُّوا وَاسْتَكْبَرُوا اسْتِكْباٰرًا٧ثُمَّ اِنّٖی دَعَوْتُهُمْ جِهاٰرًا٨ثُمَّ اِنّٖیٓ اَعْلَنْتُ لَهُمْ وَاَسْرَرْتُ لَهُمْ اِسْراٰرًا٩

So I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests that We are able 40to replace them with [others] better than them and We are not to be outmaneuvered. 41So leave them to gossip and play till they encounter the day they are promised: 42the day when they emerge from graves, hastening, as if racing toward a target, 43with a humbled look [in their eyes], overcast by abasement. That is the day they had been promised. 44Surah NuhMecquoise28Au nom d'Allah, le Bienfaiteur misericordieuxIndeed We sent Noah to his people, [saying,] ‘Warn your people before a painful punishment overtakes them.’ 1He said, ‘O my people! Indeed, I am a manifest warner to you. 2Worship Allah and be wary of Him, and obey me, 3that He may forgive you some of your sins and respite you until a specified time. Indeed when Allah’s [appointed] time comes, it cannot be deferred, if you know.’ 4He said, ‘My Lord! Indeed, I have summoned my people night and day 5but my summons only increases their evasion. 6Indeed whenever I have summoned them, so that You might forgive them, they would put their fingers into their ears and draw their cloaks over their heads, and they were persistent [in their unfaith], and disdainful in [their] arrogance. 7Again I summoned them aloud, 8and again appealed to them publicly and confided with them privately, 9
