سُورَةُ الْقِیاٰمَةِالمكية40بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحٖیمِلآٰ اُقْسِمُ بِیَوْمِ الْقِیاٰمَةِ۝١۝وَلآٰ اُقْسِمُ بِالنَّفْسِ اللَّوّاٰمَةِ۝٢۝اَیَحْسَبُ الْاِنْساٰنُ اَلَّنْ نَجْمَعَ عِظاٰمَهُۥ۝٣۝بَلٰی قاٰدِرٖینَ عَلٰٓی اَنْ نُسَوِّیَ بَناٰنَهُۥ۝٤۝بَلْ یُرٖیدُ الْاِنْساٰنُ لِیَفْجُرَ اَماٰمَهُۥ۝٥۝یَسْئَلُ اَیّاٰنَ یَوْمُ الْقِیاٰمَةِ۝٦۝فَاِذاٰ بَرِقَ الْبَصَرُ۝٧۝وَخَسَفَ الْقَمَرُ۝٨۝وَجُمِعَ الشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ۝٩۝یَقُولُ الْاِنْساٰنُ یَوْمَئِذٍ اَیْنَ الْمَفَرُّ۝١٠۝كَلّاٰ لاٰ وَزَرَ۝١١۝اِلٰی رَبِّكَ یَوْمَئِذِࣙ الْمُسْتَقَرُّ۝١٢۝یُنَبَّاُ الْاِنْساٰنُ یَوْمَئِذٍ بِماٰ قَدَّمَ وَاَخَّرَ۝١٣۝بَلِ الْاِنْساٰنُ عَلٰی نَفْسِهٖ بَصٖیرَةٌ۝١٤۝وَلَوْ اَلْقٰی مَعاٰذٖیرَهُۥ۝١٥۝لاٰ تُحَرِّكْ بِهٖ لِساٰنَكَ لِتَعْجَلَ بِهٖٓ۝١٦۝اِنَّ عَلَیْناٰ جَمْعَهُۥ وَقُرْءاٰنَهُۥ۝١٧۝فَاِذاٰ قَرَأْناٰهُ فَاتَّبِعْ قُرْءاٰنَهُۥ۝١٨۝ثُمَّ اِنَّ عَلَیْناٰ بَیاٰنَهُۥ۝١٩۝كَلّاٰ بَلْ تُحِبُّونَ الْعاٰجِلَةَ۝٢٠۝وَتَذَرُونَ الْءاٰخِرَةَ۝٢١۝وُجُوهٌ یَوْمَئِذٍ ناٰضِرَةٌ۝٢٢۝اِلٰی رَبِّهاٰ ناٰظِرَةٌ۝٢٣۝وَوُجُوهٌ یَوْمَئِذٍ باٰسِرَةٌ۝٢٤۝تَظُنُّ اَنْ یُفْعَلَ بِهاٰ فاٰقِرَةٌ۝٢٥۝كَلّآٰ اِذاٰ بَلَغَتِ التَّراٰقِیَ۝٢٦۝وَقٖیلَ مَنْࣝ راٰقٍ۝٢٧۝وَظَنَّ اَنَّهُ الْفِراٰقُ۝٢٨۝وَالْتَفَّتِ السّاٰقُ بِالسّاٰقِ۝٢٩۝اِلٰی رَبِّكَ یَوْمَئِذِࣙ الْمَساٰقُ۝٣٠۝فَلاٰ صَدَّقَ وَلاٰ صَلّٰی۝٣١۝وَلٰكِنْ كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلّٰی۝٣٢۝ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ اِلٰٓی اَهْلِهٖ یَتَمَطّٰٓی۝٣٣۝اَوْلٰی لَكَ فَاَوْلٰی۝٣٤۝ثُمَّ اَوْلٰی لَكَ فَاَوْلٰٓی۝٣٥۝اَیَحْسَبُ الْاِنْساٰنُ اَنْ یُتْرَكَ سُدًی۝٣٦۝اَلَمْ یَكُ نُطْفَةً مِنْ مَنِیٍّ یُمْنٰی۝٣٧۝ثُمَّ كاٰنَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقَ فَسَوّٰی۝٣٨۝فَجَعَلَ مِنْهُ الزَّوْجَیْنِ الذَّكَرَ وَالْاُنْثٰٓی۝٣٩۝اَلَیْسَ ذٰلِكَ بِقاٰدِرٍ عَلٰٓی اَنْ یُحْیِیَ الْمَوْتٰی۝٤٠۝سُورَةُ الْاِنْساٰنِالمدنية31بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحٖیمِهَلْ اَتٰی عَلَی الْاِنْساٰنِ حٖینٌ مِنَ الدَّهْرِ لَمْ یَكُنْ شَیْئًا مَذْكُورًا۝١۝اِنّاٰ خَلَقْنَا الْاِنْساٰنَ مِنْ نُطْفَةٍ اَمْشاٰجٍ نَبْتَلٖیهِ فَجَعَلْناٰهُ سَمٖیعًا بَصٖیرًا۝٢۝اِنّاٰ هَدَیْناٰهُ السَّبٖیلَ اِمّاٰ شاٰكِرًا وَاِمّاٰ كَفُورًا۝٣۝اِنّآٰ اَعْتَدْناٰ لِلْكاٰفِرٖینَ سَلاٰسِلَا وَاَغْلاٰلًا وَسَعٖیرًا۝٤۝اِنَّ الْاَبْراٰرَ یَشْرَبُونَ مِنْ كَأْسٍ كاٰنَ مِزاٰجُهاٰ كاٰفُورًا۝٥۝عَیْنًا یَشْرَبُ بِهاٰ عِباٰدُ اللّٰهِ یُفَجِّرُونَهاٰ تَفْجٖیرًا۝٦۝یُوفُونَ بِالنَّذْرِ وَیَخاٰفُونَ یَوْمًا كاٰنَ شَرُّهُۥ مُسْتَطٖیرًا۝٧۝وَیُطْعِمُونَ الطَّعاٰمَ عَلٰی حُبِّهٖ مِسْكٖینًا وَیَتٖیمًا وَاَسٖیرًا۝٨۝اِنَّماٰ نُطْعِمُكُمْ لِوَجْهِ اللّٰهِ لاٰ نُرٖیدُ مِنْكُمْ جَزآٰءً وَلاٰ شُكُورًا۝٩۝اِنّاٰ نَخاٰفُ مِنْ رَبِّناٰ یَوْمًا عَبُوسًا قَمْطَرٖیرًا۝١٠۝فَوَقٰىهُمُ اللّٰهُ شَرَّ ذٰلِكَ الْیَوْمِ وَلَقّٰىهُمْ نَضْرَةً وَسُرُورًا۝١١۝وَجَزٰىهُمْ بِماٰ صَبَرُوا جَنَّةً وَحَرٖیرًا۝١٢۝مُتَّكِئٖینَ فٖیهاٰ عَلَی الْاَرآٰئِكِۖ لاٰ یَرَوْنَ فٖیهاٰ شَمْسًا وَلاٰ زَمْهَرٖیرًا۝١٣۝وَداٰنِیَةً عَلَیْهِمْ ظِلاٰلُهاٰ وَذُلِّلَتْ قُطُوفُهاٰ تَذْلٖیلًا۝١٤۝وَیُطاٰفُ عَلَیْهِمْ بأٰنِیَةٍ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ وَاَكْواٰبٍ كاٰنَتْ قَواٰرٖیراٰ۝١٥۝قَواٰرٖیرَا مِنْ فِضَّةٍ قَدَّرُوهاٰ تَقْدٖیرًا۝١٦۝وَیُسْقَوْنَ فٖیهاٰ كَأْسًا كاٰنَ مِزاٰجُهاٰ زَنْجَبٖیلًا۝١٧۝عَیْنًا فٖیهاٰ تُسَمّٰی سَلْسَبٖیلًا۝١٨۝وَیَطُوفُ عَلَیْهِمْ وِلْداٰنٌ مُخَلَّدُونَ اِذاٰ رَاَیْتَهُمْ حَسِبْتَهُمْ لُؤْلُؤًا مَنْثُورًا۝١٩۝وَاِذاٰ رَاَیْتَ ثَمَّ رَاَیْتَ نَعٖیمًا وَمُلْكًا كَبٖیرًا۝٢٠۝عاٰلِیَهُمْ ثِیاٰبُ سُنْدُسٍ خُضْرٌ وَاِسْتَبْرَقٌۖ وَحُلُّوٓا اَساٰوِرَ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ وَسَقٰىهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ شَراٰبًا طَهُورًا۝٢١۝اِنَّ هٰذاٰ كاٰنَ لَكُمْ جَزآٰءً وَكاٰنَ سَعْیُكُمْ مَشْكُورًا۝٢٢۝اِنّاٰ نَحْنُ نَزَّلْناٰ عَلَیْكَ الْقُرْءاٰنَ تَنْزٖیلًا۝٢٣۝فَاصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ وَلاٰ تُطِعْ مِنْهُمْ ءاٰثِمًا اَوْ كَفُورًا۝٢٤۝وَاذْكُرِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ بُكْرَةً وَاَصٖیلًا۝٢٥۝وَمِنَ الَّیْلِ فَاسْجُدْ لَهُۥ وَسَبِّحْهُ لَیْلًا طَوٖیلًا۝٢٦۝اِنَّ هٰٓؤُلآٰءِ یُحِبُّونَ الْعاٰجِلَةَ وَیَذَرُونَ وَرآٰءَهُمْ یَوْمًا ثَقٖیلًا۝٢٧۝نَحْنُ خَلَقْناٰهُمْ وَشَدَدْنآٰ اَسْرَهُمْۖ وَاِذاٰ شِئْناٰ بَدَّلْنآٰ اَمْثاٰلَهُمْ تَبْدٖیلًا۝٢٨۝اِنَّ هٰذِهٖ تَذْكِرَةٌۖ فَمَنْ شآٰءَ اتَّخَذَ اِلٰی رَبِّهٖ سَبٖیلًا۝٢٩۝وَماٰ تَشآٰءُونَ اِلّآٰ اَنْ یَشآٰءَ اللّٰهُۚ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كاٰنَ عَلٖیمًا حَكٖیمًا۝٣٠۝یُدْخِلُ مَنْ یَشآٰءُ فٖی رَحْمَتِهٖۚ وَالظّاٰلِمٖینَ اَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذاٰبًا اَلٖیمًا۝٣١۝سُورَةُ الْمُرْسَلاٰتِالمكية50بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحٖیمِوَالْمُرْسَلاٰتِ عُرْفًا۝١۝فَالْعاٰصِفاٰتِ عَصْفًا۝٢۝وَالنّاٰشِراٰتِ نَشْرًا۝٣۝فَالْفاٰرِقاٰتِ فَرْقًا۝٤۝فَالْمُلْقِیاٰتِ ذِكْرًا۝٥۝عُذْرًا اَوْ نُذْرًا۝٦۝اِنَّماٰ تُوعَدُونَ لَواٰقِعٌ۝٧۝فَاِذَا النُّجُومُ طُمِسَتْ۝٨۝وَاِذَا السَّمآٰءُ فُرِجَتْ۝٩۝وَاِذَا الْجِباٰلُ نُسِفَتْ۝١٠۝وَاِذَا الرُّسُلُ اُقِّتَتْ۝١١۝لِاَیِّ یَوْمٍ اُجِّلَتْ۝١٢۝لِیَوْمِ الْفَصْلِ۝١٣۝وَمآٰ اَدْرٰىكَ ماٰ یَوْمُ الْفَصْلِ۝١٤۝وَیْلٌ یَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبٖینَ۝١٥۝اَلَمْ نُهْلِكِ الْاَوَّلٖینَ۝١٦۝ثُمَّ نُتْبِعُهُمُ الْءاٰخِرٖینَ۝١٧۝كَذٰلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِالْمُجْرِمٖینَ۝١٨۝وَیْلٌ یَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبٖینَ۝١٩۝اَلَمْ نَخْلُقْكُمْ مِنْ مآٰءٍ مَهٖینٍ۝٢٠۝فَجَعَلْناٰهُ فٖی قَراٰرٍ مَكٖینٍ۝٢١۝اِلٰی قَدَرٍ مَعْلُومٍ۝٢٢۝فَقَدَرْناٰ فَنِعْمَ الْقاٰدِرُونَ۝٢٣۝وَیْلٌ یَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبٖینَ۝٢٤۝اَلَمْ نَجْعَلِ الْاَرْضَ كِفاٰتًا۝٢٥۝اَحْیآٰءً وَاَمْواٰتًا۝٢٦۝وَجَعَلْناٰ فٖیهاٰ رَواٰسِیَ شاٰمِخاٰتٍ وَاَسْقَیْناٰكُمْ مآٰءً فُراٰتًا۝٢٧۝وَیْلٌ یَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبٖینَ۝٢٨۝ٱِنْطَلِقُوٓا اِلٰی ماٰ كُنْتُمْ بِهٖ تُكَذِّبُونَ۝٢٩۝ٱِنْطَلِقُوٓا اِلٰی ظِلٍّ ذٖی ثَلاٰثِ شُعَبٍ۝٣٠۝لاٰ ظَلٖیلٍ وَلاٰ یُغْنٖی مِنَ اللَّهَبِ۝٣١۝اِنَّهاٰ تَرْمٖی بِشَرَرٍ كَالْقَصْرِ۝٣٢۝كَاَنَّهُۥ جِماٰلَتٌ صُفْرٌ۝٣٣۝وَیْلٌ یَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبٖینَ۝٣٤۝هٰذاٰ یَوْمُ لاٰ یَنْطِقُونَ۝٣٥۝وَلاٰ یُؤْذَنُ لَهُمْ فَیَعْتَذِرُونَ۝٣٦۝وَیْلٌ یَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبٖینَ۝٣٧۝هٰذاٰ یَوْمُ الْفَصْلِۖ جَمَعْناٰكُمْ وَالْاَوَّلٖینَ۝٣٨۝فَاِنْ كاٰنَ لَكُمْ كَیْدٌ فَكٖیدُونِ۝٣٩۝وَیْلٌ یَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبٖینَ۝٤٠۝اِنَّ الْمُتَّقٖینَ فٖی ظِلاٰلٍ وَعُیُونٍ۝٤١۝وَفَواٰكِهَ مِمّاٰ یَشْتَهُونَ۝٤٢۝كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنٖیٓئًا بِماٰ كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ۝٤٣۝اِنّاٰ كَذٰلِكَ نَجْزِی الْمُحْسِنٖینَ۝٤٤۝وَیْلٌ یَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبٖینَ۝٤٥۝كُلُوا وَتَمَتَّعُوا قَلٖیلًا اِنَّكُمْ مُجْرِمُونَ۝٤٦۝وَیْلٌ یَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبٖینَ۝٤٧۝وَاِذاٰ قٖیلَ لَهُمُ ارْكَعُوا لاٰ یَرْكَعُونَ۝٤٨۝وَیْلٌ یَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبٖینَ۝٤٩۝فَبِاَیِّ حَدٖیثٍ بَعْدَهُۥ یُؤْمِنُونَ۝٥٠۝

Surah Al-QiyamaMakiha40In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful. I swear by the Day of Resurrection! ﴾1﴿And I swear by the self-critical soul! ﴾2﴿Does man suppose that We will not put together his bones [at resurrection]? ﴾3﴿Yes indeed, We are able to [re]shape [even] his fingertips! ﴾4﴿Indeed, man desires to go on living viciously. ﴾5﴿He asks, ‘When will be this “day of resurrection”?!’ ﴾6﴿But when the eyes are dazzled, ﴾7﴿the moon is eclipsed, ﴾8﴿and the sun and the moon are brought together, ﴾9﴿that day man will say, ‘Where is the escape [from this day]?’ ﴾10﴿No indeed! There will be no refuge! ﴾11﴿That day the [final] goal will be toward your Lord. ﴾12﴿That day man will be informed about what [works] he had sent ahead [to the scene of judgement] and [the legacy that he had] left behind. ﴾13﴿Indeed, man is a witness to himself, ﴾14﴿though he should offer excuses [to justify his failings]. ﴾15﴿Do not move your tongue with it to hasten it. ﴾16﴿Indeed it is up to Us to put it together and to recite it. ﴾17﴿And when We have recited it, follow its recitation. ﴾18﴿Then, its exposition [also] lies with Us. ﴾19﴿No! Indeed, you love this transitory life ﴾20﴿and forsake the Hereafter. ﴾21﴿Some faces will be fresh on that day, ﴾22﴿looking to their Lord, ﴾23﴿and some faces will be scowling on that day, ﴾24﴿knowing that they will be dealt out a punishment breaking the spine. ﴾25﴿No indeed! When it reaches up to the collar bones ﴾26﴿and it is said, ‘Who will take him up?’ ﴾27﴿and he knows that it is the [time of] parting, ﴾28﴿and each shank clasps the other shank, ﴾29﴿that day he shall be driven toward your Lord. ﴾30﴿He neither confirmed [the messages of Allah], nor did he pray, ﴾31﴿but denied [them] and turned away, ﴾32﴿and went back swaggering to his family. ﴾33﴿So, woe to you! Woe to you! ﴾34﴿Again, woe to you! Woe to you! ﴾35﴿Does man suppose that he has been abandoned to futility? ﴾36﴿Was he not a drop of emitted semen, ﴾37﴿and then a clinging mass? Whereat He created and proportioned [him], ﴾38﴿and made of him the two sexes, male and female. ﴾39﴿Is not [someone like] that able to revive the dead? ﴾40﴿Surah Al-InsanMadineh31In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.Has there been a period of time for man when he was not anything worthy of mention? ﴾1﴿Indeed We created man from the drop of a mixed fluid so that We may put him to test, so We endowed with hearing and sight. ﴾2﴿Indeed We have guided him to the way, be he grateful or ungrateful. ﴾3﴿Indeed for the faithless We have prepared chains, iron collars, and a blaze. ﴾4﴿Indeed the pious will drink from a cup seasoned with Kafur, ﴾5﴿a spring where Allah’s servants will drink, making it gush forth as they please. ﴾6﴿They fulfill their vows and fear a day whose ill will be widespread. ﴾7﴿For the love of Him, they feed the needy, the orphan and the prisoner, ﴾8﴿[saying,] ‘We feed you only for the sake of Allah. We desire no reward from you, nor thanks. ﴾9﴿Indeed we fear a frowning and fateful day from our Lord.’ ﴾10﴿So Allah saved them from that day’s ills and graced them with freshness [on this faces] and joy [in their hearts]. ﴾11﴿He rewarded them for their patience with a garden and [garments of] silk, ﴾12﴿reclining therein on couches, without facing any [scorching] sun, or [biting] cold. ﴾13﴿Its shades will be close over them and its clusters [of fruits] will be hanging low. ﴾14﴿They will be served around with vessels of silver and goblets of crystal ﴾15﴿—crystal of silver— [from] which they will dispense in a precise measure. ﴾16﴿They will be served therein with a cup of a drink seasoned with Zanjabeel, ﴾17﴿from a spring in it named Salsabeel. ﴾18﴿They will be waited upon by immortal youths, whom, were you to see them, you will suppose them to be scattered pearls. ﴾19﴿As you look on, you will see there bliss and a great kingdom. ﴾20﴿Upon them will be cloaks of green silk and brocade and they will be adorned with bracelets of silver. Their Lord will give them to drink a pure drink. ﴾21﴿[They will be told]: ‘This is your reward, and your efforts have been well-appreciated.’ ﴾22﴿Indeed We have sent down to you the Quran in a gradual descent. ﴾23﴿So submit patiently to the judgement of your Lord and do not obey any sinner or ingrate from among them, ﴾24﴿and celebrate the Name of your Lord morning and evening, ﴾25﴿and worship Him for a watch of the night and glorify Him the night long. ﴾26﴿Indeed they love this transitory life, and disregard a heavy day that is ahead of them. ﴾27﴿We created them and strengthened their joints, and We will replace them with others like them whenever We like. ﴾28﴿This is indeed a reminder. So let anyone who wishes take the way toward his Lord. ﴾29﴿But you will not wish unless it is willed by Allah. Indeed Allah is all-knowing, all-wise. ﴾30﴿He admits whomever He wishes into His mercy, and He has prepared a painful punishment for the wrongdoers. ﴾31﴿Surah Al-MursalatMakiha50In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.By the [angelic] emissaries sent successively, ﴾1﴿by those who sweep along like gale, ﴾2﴿by those who publish [the Divine messages] far and wide, ﴾3﴿by those who separate [the truth from falsehood] distinctly, ﴾4﴿by those who inspire [God’s] remembrance, ﴾5﴿as exemption or warning: ﴾6﴿what you are promised will surely befall. ﴾7﴿When the stars are blotted out ﴾8﴿and the sky is cleft, ﴾9﴿when the mountains are scattered [like dust] ﴾10﴿and time is set for the apostles [to bear witness] ﴾11﴿—for what day has [all] that been set [to occur]? ﴾12﴿For the Day of Judgement! ﴾13﴿And what will show you what is the Day of Judgement!? ﴾14﴿Woe to the deniers on that day! ﴾15﴿Did We not destroy the former generations, ﴾16﴿[and] then made the latter ones follow them? ﴾17﴿That is how We deal with the guilty. ﴾18﴿Woe to the deniers on that day! ﴾19﴿Have We not created you from a base fluid, ﴾20﴿[and] then lodged it in a secure abode ﴾21﴿until a known span [of time]? ﴾22﴿Then We determined; and how excellent determiners We are! ﴾23﴿Woe to the deniers on that day! ﴾24﴿Have We not made the earth a receptacle ﴾25﴿for the living and the dead, ﴾26﴿and set in it lofty [and] firm mountains, and given you agreeable water to drink? ﴾27﴿Woe to the deniers on that day! ﴾28﴿[The faithless will be told:] ‘Proceed toward what you used to deny! ﴾29﴿Proceed toward the triple-forked shadow, ﴾30﴿neither shady nor of any avail against the flames. ﴾31﴿Indeed it throws up [giant] sparks like castles, ﴾32﴿[bright] like yellow camels. ﴾33﴿Woe to the deniers on that day! ﴾34﴿This is a day wherein they will not speak, ﴾35﴿nor will they be permitted to offer excuses. ﴾36﴿Woe to the deniers on that day! ﴾37﴿‘This is the Day of Judgement. We have brought you together with the former generations. ﴾38﴿If you have any stratagems [left], try them out against Me!’ ﴾39﴿Woe to the deniers on that day! ﴾40﴿Indeed the Godwary will be amid shades and springs ﴾41﴿and [enjoying] such fruits as they desire. ﴾42﴿[They will be told:] ‘Enjoy your food and drink, [a reward] for what you used to do. ﴾43﴿Thus do We reward the virtuous.’ ﴾44﴿Woe to the deniers on that day! ﴾45﴿‘Eat and enjoy a little! You are indeed guilty.’ ﴾46﴿Woe to the deniers on that day! ﴾47﴿When they are told, ‘Bow down [in prayer],’ they do not bow down! ﴾48﴿Woe to the deniers on that day! ﴾49﴿So what discourse will they believe after this? ﴾50﴿
