The Holy Quran
فَقاٰلَ اِنْ هٰذآٰ اِلّاٰ سِحْرٌ یُ
saying, ‘It is nothing but traditional sorcery. ﴾24﴿It is nothing but the speech of a human.’ ﴾25﴿Soon I will cast him into Saqar. ﴾26﴿And what will show you what is Saqar? ﴾27﴿It neither spares, nor leaves [anything]. ﴾28﴿It burns the skin. ﴾29﴿There are nineteen [keepers] over it. ﴾30﴿

إنَّ المُحَرَّمَ شَهرٌ کانَ أهْلُ الجاهِلِیَّةِ یُحَرِّمُونَ فِیهِ القِتالَ، فَاسْتُحِلَّت فِیهِ دِماؤُنا، وَهُتِکَتْ فِیهِ حُرْمَتُنا، وَسُبِیَ فِیهِ ذَرارِینا وَنِساؤُنا.الإمام رضا (عليه السلام)
Muharram is the month when even people of the Jāhillīyya time declared fighting unlawful, [but never less] in that month they declared shedding our blood lawful, trampled upon our honor and captured our children and women.Imam Reza peace be upon him
