Abdullah bin Sinan quotes from Imam Ja'far ibn Muhammad al-Sadiq (peace be upon him): Soon a doubt will come to you(all) in which you have neither a clear obvious sign and a leader of guidance and no one is saved from it unless he recites the Gharigh Duaa, I said: How is the Gharigh Duaa? Imam Ja'far ibn Muhammad al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: You say: «يَا اللَّهُ يَا رَحْمَانُ يَا رَحِيمُ يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِي عَلَى دِينِكَ», and I also said:«يَا اللَّهُ يَا رَحْمَانُ يَا رَحِيمُ يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ وَ الْأَبْصَارِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِي عَلَى دِينِكَ», The Imam Ja'far ibn Muhammad al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said: Allah Almighty is the «مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ وَ الْأَبْصَارِ », but as I said, say: «يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِي عَلَى دِينِكَ».

يٰا اللّٰهُ يٰا رَحْمٰانُ يٰا رَحٖيمُ يٰا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبٖي عَلٰى دٖينِكَ
O Allah, O Merciful, O Forgiver, O One Who turner(transforms) hearts! make(Keep) my heart firm on your religion(deen)
