Ha, Meem. 1The [gradual] sending down of the Book is from Allah, the All-mighty, the All-knowing, 2forgiver of sins and acceptor of repentance, severe in retribution, [yet] all-bountiful; there is no god except Him, [and] toward Him is the destination. 3
