Hadith-The Continuity of the Imamate and the Two Occultations of Imam Mahdi (Ajal allahu ta'ala farajaho shareef) and the Persistence of True Believers in the hadith from Al-Imam Ali ibn al-Husayn as-Sajjad(Zayn al-Abidin) (alayhi as-salam)

And the Imamate shall remain in the progeny of al‑Ḥusayn son of ʿAlī son of Abī Ṭālib, peace be upon them, until the Day of Resurrection. And indeed, the Qāʾim from among us has two occultations, one longer than the other. As for the first, it is six years, six months, and six days; and as for the second, its duration will be prolonged until most of those who believe in this matter turn away from it, and none will remain steadfast upon it except one whose certainty is strong, whose knowledge is sound, who finds no discomfort in what We, the Ahl al‑Bayt, have decreed, and who submits to us.Al-Imam Ali ibn al-Husayn as-Sajjad(Zayn al-Abidin) (alayhi as-salam)
